What We DO
Cyizere Girls Scholarship
The African proverb, “educate a girl and you educate a nation” remains true. We believe that education contributes directly to the growth of national income, by improving the productive capacity of the labor force in any community. It is also true that education is crucial for the empowerment of girls and the protection of their dignity as human beings.
Stitching Grace
Rusizi District in the Southwestern part of Rwanda area bordering the Democratic Republic of Congo and Burundi has been affected by Teen pregnancy rates which have grown to epidemic proportions. The Stitching Grace program is driven by the idea that with grace, love, and compassion, we stitch the wounded hearts of teenage mothers who are experiencing emotional, physical, and spiritual pain marred by extreme poverty.
Capacity building and
Career guidance
Another key area of focus is to build the capacity of students by training them in language/ communication skills, computer skills and giving them career guidance based on strong professionalism as well as Christian values after they have completed their TVET training. This ensures that they have a well-rounded education and everything necessary to prepare them for the job market, interviews, and the world at large.
