Under Capacity building we improve the abilities of the girls as they prepare for a career, girls are nurtured in an environment where Christian values are at the heart of everything. The gospel of Christ is a gospel of love; love expressed in both words and action. Girls are taught the value of teamwork, caring for and loving your neighbor, forgiveness, and servanthood. Following completion of their programs, girls are given career guidance, plus additional language/communication skills, and computer skills if needed. All of these things ensure they have a well-rounded education and everything necessary to prepare them for the job market, interviews, and the world at large.
