Capacity Building and Career Guidance

Often, mentorship and choosing a career path tend to fall through the cracks as students go through school yet they are a key part of education. Studies show that mentorship has a positive outcome in academics, career and even personal development such as growing one’s confidence.  It is with this in mind that Cyizere Girls has made mentorship an integral part of its programs. The girls get mentored on leadership, morals and ethical values and professionalism so that they can be masters of their fate. Mentors are picked from a pool of Christian leaders and women business leaders in Rwanda who then mentor the girls to young women of faith ready to transform first themselves, and then their families, communities, nation and the world.
