Perhaps the climax of the medical outreach was the Gifting of Teen mothers with baby clothes. At the beginning of the year 2022, Cyizere Girls launched a Baby clothing Donation drive. Through this campaign, friends, supporters, generous donors and our partners raised funds and donated baby clothing.
The donations enabled us to gift baby clothing among other items to the teen mothers and their babies who cannot afford the items or expect their parents or guardians to provide them. This was an exciting yet very humbling experience, as the teen mothers received gifts of baby clothes, baby diapers, shawls, and other accessories for the babies. Mothers too were not left out as they were each gifted an African print material for their desired dress.
